You don’t have to be fit and strong to stand on the shooting line, pick up a bow and shoot three arrows at a target about 10m away! It’s all in the technique which can be quickly learnt and developed during a session plus it will be great fun.

Target archery can be as relaxing or competitive as you want to make it and trying to hit that centre point can be very addictive!
